Faith has been a nurse, a disability claims manager, and a bank executive; today she is a Lived Experience Advocate for mental health. She is a speaker for CAMH’s Beyond The Cuckoo’s Nest program for teenagers and speaks to Personal Support Worker and Social Worker students at George Brown and Humber Colleges and Guelph-Humber University. She is also a speaker for The Canadian Mental Health Association and United Way Toronto.

Using her own experiences with depression and anxiety, Faith seeks to break the destructive stigma associated with mental illness by illustrating for audiences how stigma has held us back. She wants others to understand that stigma is at the heart of our current mental health care crisis, and that only we can change that, together.

Faith is also a writer and avid biography reader. She lives in downtown Toronto with her husband and two cats.
