We offer guidance and skill building practices to individuals and families that want to be empowered to help themselves with mental health related problems. We take an approach that helps build confidence, resilience, and focuses on how to take agency over our lives and teach people how to enjoy contentment while surfing the waves of life.
PLEASE NOTE – We are NOT doctors, social workers, or health care practitioners. We are people with lived experience and we use that experience to help teach others what was helpful for us.
