Ellen Choi, Phd
Ellen Choi is an Assistant Professor at Ryerson University in the Ted Rogers School of Management. She is a mindfulness researcher, speaker, teacher, coach, yogi, and meditator that is obsessed (in a mostly healthy way) with well-being, mental health, personal growth, and living with purpose. Ellen is also the author of a number of academic articles and speaks regularly about stress & resilience, mindfulness & performance, and mindful leadership.
