Drawing on real-life experience of mental health, illness, addiction, recovery, and well-being, Mike will guide us through a workshop aimed at cultivating well-being and resilience to flourish through the ebbs and flows of life.

He will share his story, followed by a Q&A, and then lead us through short guided mindful movement, guided meditation practice, a writing exercise about self-compassion, a mindfulness activity that involves exploring boundaries, and group discussion.

We will explore what these concepts mean and how they apply to our lives.
