We use running, walking, mindful stretching, and breathing practices to facilitate an experience of mindfulness that you can relate to and enjoy!

Mental health, well-being, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, what does it all mean and what does it look like in people’s lives? We’re going to explore these topics through movement, breathing, and talking. The intention of this group is to take a retreat from self-improvement.
