Starts With Me is partnered with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB).

All our speakers have mix of personal and professional experience that provides them with the tools to deliver a thoughtful, informed, and meaningful presentation.

Our Founder & Director Mike Stroh has also worked closely with the Mental Health Commission of Canada & the Mood Disorders Association of Ontario on the youth mental health Headstrong Project. He was a speaker for many years with Beyond the Cuckoo’s Nest at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health

Our Director Mike Stroh was on a team of teachers, students, and support workers whom received this award for their work with the St. Michael’s Choir School from the Toronto Catholic District School Board
