State of Mind Agenda
Each day will run as follows:
- Each morning we will begin with daily habits for optimal well-being classes. This is a great way to start your day and provides a self-care practice you can continue with after State of Mind is over.
- Next, there will be three 1-hour healthier workplace sessions focusing on providing you with key insights you need to know and practical advice you can implement.
- We will then conclude each day with a one-hour personal well-being class at which you will learn hands-on exercises that bring self-care practices into your daily life.
Please note that all session start times are listed in Eastern Standard Time.
